1. Assist in the design and implementation of local training programs.
2. Support the adaptation of corporate training strategies to local needs.
3. Contribute to the development of yearly strategic training plans.
4. Assist in the translation and updating of training programs and tools.
5. Support the production of training materials for in-house and in-field training.
6. Assist in the delivery of induction and training programs.
7. Drive brand values and philosophy through education and development activities.
8. Support the management and tracking of the training department budget.
9. Help implement individual curriculum programs for staff development.
10. Liaise with commercial teams for retailer staff training.
11. Monitor training efficiency and track performance with guidance.
12. Help build and maintain partnerships with retailer training teams.
13. Assist in new store openings with training support.
14. Educate and coach the frontline team on driving sales through professional knowledge and service.
15. Support the digital content strategy for social media platforms.
16. Assist in creating, shooting, and editing engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
17. Help host live demonstrations and Q&A sessions on social media.
18. Collaborate with the PR & Communications team for editorial features.
19. Provide support and input to content creators.
20. Develop content for various markets and retailers with direction.
21. Stay updated with industry trends and optimize content production.
22. Help build relationships with influencers and collaborate on content creation.
23. Maintain comprehensive assets on all education and content materials.
24. Maintain up-to-date progress files of all training efforts.
25. Assist in coordinating events and TV opportunities.
26. Support responses to media interviews via various channels.
27. Assist in hosting VIP appointments for media and influencers.
28. Support media and influencer events and in-store workshops.
29. Embody Benefit’s brand DNA in all communications.
30. Support as a brand ambassador for marketing and customer activities.
31. Assist all aspects of yearly large-scale core product training seminars.
32. Ensure compliance with work health and safety policies.
33. Provide guidance and support on safety matters under supervision.
34. Collaborate with Regional peers to develop best practices and drive team performance.

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within retail, beauty, luxury, or service industry.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage schedules and budgets.
3. Team player with strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
4. Proven leader with flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong ability to storytell brand values and products compellingly.
6. Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and conducting training programs both in classroom and field coaching, preferably within retail, beauty, luxury, or service industry.
