1. Participate in theoretical and practical training sessions at Belmond Academy.
2. Engage in in-company training within Belmond's luxury hotel structures.
3. Attend Master Classes organized by the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence LVMH.
4. Complete a practical internship in one of Belmond Italia Spa's hotel facilities.

1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Unemployed or inactive individuals, both young and adult.
3. Basic to good knowledge of English, depending on course type.
4. Basic understanding of the professional profile.
5. Willingness to relocate within Italy to luxury five-star hotel locations.

No prior experience required.

High school diploma preferred.

Participants will receive meals and work uniforms during the internship. The course is free, co-financed by the European Union's European Social Fund.
