1. Participate in theoretical and practical training sessions at Belmond Academy.
2. Engage in specialized courses in luxury hospitality and English language training for the hotel industry.
3. Complete an internship at one of Belmond Italia Spa's luxury hotel properties.
4. Attend Master Classes organized by the LVMH Institute of Excellence Crafts, featuring industry professionals and brand-focused educational visits.

1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Unemployed or inactive individuals, including young adults.
3. Basic to good English language proficiency, depending on course requirements.
4. Basic knowledge relevant to the professional profile.
5. Willingness to relocate within Italy to luxury five-star hotel locations.

The internship provides meals and work uniforms. The course is free, co-financed by the European Union - European Social Fund.
