1. Participate in theoretical and practical training sessions at Belmond Academy.
2. Engage in in-company training within Belmond's luxury hotel establishments.
3. Attend Master Classes organized by the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH, including educational visits and meetings with industry professionals.
4. Complete a 400-hour training program, including both theoretical instruction and practical internship experience.

1. Preferably possess a high school diploma.
2. Be unemployed, inactive, or a young adult seeking training.
3. Basic to good knowledge of the English language, depending on the course type.
4. Basic understanding of the professional profile.
5. Motivation, communication skills, reliability, autonomy, and result orientation.
6. Willingness to relocate to regions in Italy where five-star luxury hotels are located.

Participants will receive meals and work uniforms during the internship period. The course is free, co-financed by the European Union - European Social Fund.
