- Manage and update the brand's website, www.balmainwatches.com, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Implement the brand's E-Commerce strategy in collaboration with other departments and markets, adhering to Swatch Group's procedures and standards.
- Represent Balmain E-Commerce in Swatch Group's E-Commerce meetings and coordination sessions.
- Update website content, including homepage slides, suggestion pages, landing pages, and tags for bestsellers and new arrivals.
- Develop and execute email marketing activities.
- Oversee future corporate e-store projects in alignment with the brand's distribution strategy.
- Coordinate technical and design requirements for each corporate e-store, proposing optimizations for the brand's E-commerce sites and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance.
- Map global online retailers and provide support to enhance the brand's image and online sales activities.
- Technical or commercial education with strong knowledge in the complementary field.
- Proven interest in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.
- Confirmed experience in online sales and the watchmaking industry.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of CMS tools, ideally Magento 2, and Google Analytics.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and versatility.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
