Balmain E-commerce & Website Specialist
Balmain, a distinguished brand within the Swatch Group, the world's leading watchmaking conglomerate, is renowned for its predominantly feminine collections that draw inspiration from a myriad of universes. Situated in Saint-Imier, Balmain's creations are a sophisticated fusion of tradition and contemporary aesthetics, each timepiece narrating its own unique story, such as the iconic arabesque motif inspired by the opulent embroideries adorning haute couture gowns.
- Develop and enhance Balmain's network of corporate e-stores, invigorating and overseeing both corporate and wholesale online activities.
- Manage the brand's website, www.balmainwatches.com, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Implement the brand's E-Commerce strategy in collaboration with other departments and markets, adhering to Swatch Group's procedures and standards.
- Represent Balmain's E-Commerce interests at Swatch Group's E-Commerce meetings and coordination sessions.
- Update website content, including homepage slides, suggestion pages, landing pages, and bestseller/new product tags.
- Advance email marketing initiatives.
- Oversee future corporate e-store projects globally, aligning with the brand's distribution strategy.
- Coordinate technical and design/CI requirements for each corporate e-store.
- Propose optimizations for the brand's E-commerce sites and customer experience, conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Monitor and analyze site performance.
- Map global online retailers and provide support to enhance brand image and online sales activities.
- Technical or commercial education with strong knowledge in the complementary field.
- Proven interest in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.
- Confirmed experience in online sales and the watchmaking industry.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of CMS tools (preferably Magento 2) and Google Analytics.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and versatility.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
- Client-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Adaptability in a small structure.
Confirmed experience in online sales and the watchmaking industry is required.
Technical or commercial education is required.
