1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in collection merchandising within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in both English and French.
3. Proven track record in team management and talent development.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of PLM as a plus.
