Balenciaga Wholesale Assistant Intern

- Actively support the wholesale team in operational and commercial processes.
- Assist in managing daily operations and tracking customer returns and complaints.
- Participate in verifying customer orders' compliance with purchase agreements.
- Prepare necessary sales documents, including line sheets, sales books, and customer files.
- Support in maintaining and updating the client database in collaboration with Zone Managers.
- Contribute to various administrative tasks.
- Aid in organizing the transportation of collections for showrooms, trunk shows, and pre-selling events.
- Participate in diverse projects.
- Assist in managing the appointment schedule for buyers during showrooms.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School or University.
- Possess initial professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening ability.
- Organized, meticulous, and capable of multitasking while meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and autonomous with the ability to take initiative while working effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills (B2/C1 level).
Possess initial professional experience, preferably in a related field.
Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School or University.
