1. Actively support the wholesale team in operational and commercial processes.
2. Assist in managing daily operations and tracking customer returns and complaints.
3. Participate in verifying customer orders' compliance with purchase agreements.
4. Prepare necessary sales documents, including line sheets, sales books, and customer files.
5. Support in maintaining and updating the client database in collaboration with Zone Managers.
6. Contribute to various administrative tasks.
7. Aid in organizing the transportation of collections for showrooms, trunk shows, and pre-selling events.
8. Participate in diverse projects.
9. Assist in managing the appointment schedule for buyers during showrooms.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School or University.
2. Possess initial professional experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening ability.
3. Organized, meticulous, and capable of multitasking while meeting deadlines.
4. Proactive and autonomous with the ability to take initiative while working effectively in a team.
5. Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills (B2/C1 level).

Possess initial professional experience, preferably in a related field.

Bachelor's degree +5 in Business School or University.
