Balenciaga Wholesale Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the daily management and tracking of customer returns and complaints.
2. Participate in ensuring customer orders comply with purchase agreements.
3. Prepare necessary sales documents, including line sheets, sales books, and client dossiers.
4. Support the maintenance and updating of the client database in coordination with Area Managers.
5. Contribute to various administrative tasks.
6. Aid in organizing the transport of collections for showrooms, trunk shows, and pre-selling events.
7. Participate in diverse projects.
8. Assist in managing the appointment schedule for buyers during showrooms.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities.
5. Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Proactive and autonomous with the ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (B2/C1 level).
8. Available for a 6-month paid internship.
