1. Assist in the management of daily commercial activities, including handling customer returns and complaints.
2. Participate in ensuring customer orders align with order placements.
3. Prepare necessary sales documents such as line sheets, sales books, and client dossiers.
4. Support the maintenance and updating of the client database in coordination with Zone Managers.
5. Contribute to various administrative tasks.
6. Aid in organizing transportation for collections for showrooms, trunk shows, and pre-selling events.
7. Participate in diverse projects.
8. Assist in managing the scheduling of buyer appointments during showrooms.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in business school or university.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
3. Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
4. Proactive and autonomous, capable of taking initiatives while effectively working in a team.
5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, at B2/C1 level.

A foundational experience in a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in business school or university.

Paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
