- Develop and implement a comprehensive visual campaign production strategy aligned with the brand's creative direction and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Visual Director to translate artistic vision into actionable production plans.
- Ensure visual content consistency and harmony, maintaining the brand's luxury aesthetic and storytelling.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all visual campaign production projects, including campaigns, lookbooks, and runway visuals.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including talent and timelines, to optimize creativity and efficiency.
- Frame legal agreements and set up productions in accordance with these agreements.
- Lead a team of production project managers, including internal teams and external producers, photographers, and videographers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, Merchandising) to align productions with brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and creative talents.
- Manage relationships with creatives, oversee talent booking, select operational partners, and supervise all production teams.
- Supervise scouting, casting, scenography, and general logistics for campaigns and shoots.
- Review and approve pre-final deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and brand image adherence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Visual Operations on schedules, budgets, formats, asset types, and post-production deliveries.
- Continuously ensure the brand's reputation is upheld and protected.
- Manage visual campaign production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in photography, videography, and digital production.
- Propose innovative approaches to enhance the brand's visual storytelling and adapt to evolving media platforms.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Degree in production management, film/photography, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in image production, managing complex production projects, including large-scale campaigns and fashion shows.
- Expert understanding of the luxury fashion industry, brand positioning, and target audiences.
- Proven leadership experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless execution of visual content.
- Expertise in production workflows from pre-production to final delivery.
