Balenciaga Visual Merchandising Manager

- Collaborate with the Global Visual Merchandising team to adapt and implement brand visual merchandising guidelines across the Southeast Asia & Oceania network.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity throughout SEAO retail stores.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of visual merchandising initiatives, including store openings, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Oversee the development and deployment of visual merchandising tools and assets tailored to regional needs.
- Ensure compliance with global visual merchandising guidelines through regular store visits, audits, and team training.
- Partner with Store Managers and Retail Teams to align on visual strategy and execution.
- Deliver in-store training and coaching to reinforce visual merchandising standards and empower local teams.
- Coordinate with Retail, Merchandising, Communications, and other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Manage and monitor the regional visual merchandising budget, tool orders, and inventory.
- Prepare and present visual merchandising reports to leadership and Global HQ, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the SEAO visual merchandising team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in supervising a remote and regionally based team.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail environments and customer experience expectations.
- Proven expertise in visual merchandising display concepts, spatial design, and technical implementation.
- Skilled in project management and capable of coordinating multiple initiatives across countries.
- Proficient in handling visual merchandising reporting, budget management, and tool inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion sector.
