Balenciaga Visual Merchandising Manager EMEA

- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines across the EMEA retail network in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising HQ team.
- Ensure the visual identity of the EMEA retail network is maintained and enhanced.
- Create visual merchandising tools tailored to the needs of the retail network and oversee their implementation.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines through regular store visits and training sessions.
- Support store openings throughout EMEA by planning visual merchandising strategies, ordering necessary tools, and overseeing execution.
- Collaborate closely with store managers across the region to maintain visual standards.
- Manage and guide the Visual Merchandising team in the region.
- Coordinate with regional, retail, purchasing, and communication departments to ensure cohesive in-store messaging.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Design, Fashion, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 8 years in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Design, Fashion, or related disciplines.
