Balenciaga Visual Merchandiser

- Implement and uphold global brand visual merchandising standards across the European retail network, with a focus on France and Germany.
- Serve as a liaison between the visual merchandising team and store teams for corporate communication.
- Conduct store visits to execute guidelines, manage seasonal and product launches, and provide visual merchandising training.
- Design and deliver visual merchandising supports, guidelines, and projects for boutiques, department stores, and outlets.
- Provide remote support to the network, ensuring correct execution of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Deliver individualized training to visual merchandising contacts.
- Monitor visual merchandising implementation across the network on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Facilitate communication between corporate and store regarding visual merchandising topics.
- Organize photo archives and deliver visual merchandising reports.
- Manage and maintain visual merchandising tools.
- Support new store openings across Europe, special event setups, and visual merchandising installations.
- 4-6 years of experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment, with international exposure.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and aesthetic sensibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Attention to detail and discretion.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
4-6 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment with international exposure.
Degree in a fashion-related discipline is preferred, but not mandatory.
