1. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Headquarters team to develop and implement seasonal guidelines.
2. Ensure consistency of visual identity across the Retail network.
3. Contribute to the development of visual merchandising tools tailored to the needs of the Retail network and participate in implementing visual merchandising actions.
4. Ensure adherence to VM Guidelines across the Retail network through visits and training.
5. Support boutique openings by scheduling VM plans, ordering VM tools, and overseeing execution.
6. Assist with showroom setup and special projects within the market.
7. Work closely with Store Managers in the region.
8. Regularly visit stores to ensure compliance with guidelines and provide in-store team training.
9. Collaborate with Regions and Retail, Purchasing, and Communication departments to convey a clear message in retail points of sale.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Design, Fashion

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
