1. Build and maintain strong work relationships with leadership and stakeholders, providing support and trusted advice.
2. Ensure effective employee relations case management and policy interpretation.
3. Oversee talent attraction and acquisition for both store and head office roles.
4. Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles.
5. Identify and implement training and development plans for employee growth.
6. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
7. Counsel managers to maintain a high-performing workforce and plan workforce to meet business objectives.
8. Manage personnel costs in alignment with budget and forecasts.
9. Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefits policies and drive the annual salary review process.
10. Guarantee timely fulfillment of HR administration and compliance with labor regulations.
11. Develop and implement new HR policies and maintain accurate HR data.
12. Create a positive work environment consistent with brand values and provide guidance for the HR team.

Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of strategic HR leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

A competitive salary range of $200,000 USD to $240,000 USD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
