- Build and maintain strong work relationships with leadership and stakeholders, providing support and trusted advice.
- Ensure effective employee relations case management and policy interpretation.
- Oversee talent attraction and acquisition for both store and head office roles.
- Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles.
- Identify and implement training and development plans for employee growth.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive culture.
- Counsel managers to maintain a high-performing workforce and plan workforce to meet business objectives.
- Manage personnel costs in alignment with budget and forecasts.
- Ensure proper implementation of compensation and benefits policies and drive the annual salary review process.
- Guarantee timely fulfillment of HR administration and compliance with labor regulations.
- Develop and implement new HR policies and maintain accurate HR data.
- Create a positive work environment consistent with brand values and provide guidance for the HR team.
- High understanding of the retail environment.

Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record of strategic HR leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
A competitive salary range of $200,000 USD to $240,000 USD, considering various factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
