1. Receive, catalog, and archive fabric swatches.
2. Monitor and alert on the status of ongoing order deliveries.
3. Liaise with suppliers and transporters for follow-ups.
4. Update tracking tools and systems.
5. Manage stock replenishment orders.
6. Assist the team with daily tasks.

1. Enrollment in a textile engineering school, fashion school (design or management), or business school.
2. Strong product sensitivity and fashion culture.
3. Knowledge of textiles from academic training or previous internships.

1. Availability, rigor, and commitment.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive with a strong sense of service and teamwork.
4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.

Previous internship experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in textile engineering, fashion design or management, or business.

Internship is remunerated.
