1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, setting up constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.

5. Oversee weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
