1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to ensure goals are met.
3. Understand and monitor local market trends and competition, integrating insights into store strategies.
4. Communicate feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee payroll reporting and manage store schedules.

7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with HR and the Head of Retail.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching and feedback.

11. Supervise inventory activities and maintain cost-conscious operations.

1. 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
