1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
3. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
4. Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
5. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
6. Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
7. Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
8. Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
9. Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
11. Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies are well-maintained.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
