1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
3. Balance strengths across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
4. Maintain effective communication with departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
5. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
6. Enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
7. Partner with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage through sound operational execution.
8. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, maintaining cash/change accuracy and timely bank deposits.
9. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation according to company standards.
10. Communicate visual standards information from Store Manager and Corporate to the team.
11. Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the store's interior and exterior.
12. Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies meet high standards of presentation and maintenance.
13. Maintain adequate levels of store supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion sectors.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales goals and driving results.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
