1. Oversee repairs and maintenance of store operations.
2. Ensure effective communication of customer complaints and feedback, collaborating with management for exceptional cases.
3. Maintain and support Balenciaga's omni-channel service within the store.
4. Safeguard all PCI and credit card information.
5. Accurately complete all transactions at the register.
6. Maintain an orderly and stocked register area to ensure a streamlined checkout process.
7. Provide sales floor and operational support to the sales and management team as needed.
8. Focus on problem-solving and informed decision-making to enhance customer service and sales productivity.
9. Maintain clear communication with clients and store teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
10. Adhere to and provide feedback on the store operations manual.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within luxury fashion companies or extensive experience as a cashier, sales associate, administrative assistant, or operations associate in a retail environment.

4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Passion for the fashion industry and high level of personal performance.

Several years of experience in a retail environment, particularly in luxury fashion, or similar roles.
