- Oversee the study and design of products by establishing technical documentation.
- Control pieces intended for client delivery or mini-production.
- Create and manage technical dossiers using KALEDO software, including model drawings, assembly sections, finishing explanations, and assembly ranges.
- Serve as the primary contact for manufacturers in France and abroad, requiring occasional travel.
- Conduct photo documentation of model evolution and final pieces.
- Ensure consistency of information between technical dossiers, patterns, and nomenclature sheets.
- Monitor alterations and ensure consistency between patterns and technical dossiers.
- Create and manage technical dossiers for custom orders to achieve bespoke models.
- Participate in parallel projects to the collection, creating necessary technical dossiers.
- Develop and evolve the methodology of the Technical Documentation/Lectra Couture service and the Couture specifications.
- Propose technical solutions to improve products and adhere to Couture standards.
- Archive final technical dossiers on PLM after collection completion.
- Participate in fitting sessions for standardization of Couture Tailor and Flou models.
- Travel to manufacturers to control production pieces and minimize handling.
- Conduct conformity checks of produced pieces against models, technical dossiers, and nomenclature sheets.
- Complete control sheets for each piece to verify quality and determine delivery acceptability.
- Provide technical solutions for special projects requiring rapid technical development.
- Report on fitting sessions and provide feedback on client pieces and parallel projects.
- Communicate improvement directions to manufacturers for future prototypes.
- Gather information from the workshop and maintain constant communication regarding technical aspects.
- Organized, autonomous, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborative spirit, proactive, and highly meticulous in task execution.
- Excellent accuracy in process adherence and data handling.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in KALEDO, PLM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to propose technical solutions and improvements.
- Attention to detail and quality control expertise.
Experience in technical documentation and quality control within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Degree in fashion design or a related field.
