- Draft and publish job postings for roles related to Product and Merchandising.
- Source and select candidates using various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with managers on candidate briefings and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on recruitment dashboards and metrics.
- Support the integration and daily management of new employees.
- Participate in various HR projects.
- Significant initial experience in recruitment and human resources management, ideally in Product or Merchandising roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English for an international work environment.
- Availability from September 1, 2025.
