1. Conduct research on sustainable concepts, materials, and processes to align with sustainability goals and creative briefs.
2. Collaborate with operations teams and suppliers to develop innovative sustainable materials and techniques.
3. Provide mechanical, chemical, and analytical expertise on materials.
4. Support the application of eco-conception practices in design and development teams.
5. Monitor advancements in sustainable materials and technology innovations in fashion.
6. Prepare regular progress reports and data analysis, communicating insights to stakeholders.
7. Maintain the internal Materials and Innovations Database.

1. Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and impacts in the fashion industry.
2. Knowledge of Life Cycle Analysis is advantageous.
3. Previous internship experience in sustainability, preferably in a consulting firm or company.
4. Experience in material and process development is beneficial.
5. Pursuing an Engineering or Master’s degree in sustainable materials, materials science, or chemical science.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
3. Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Strong networking and relational skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
6. Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
7. Curiosity and openness to innovation.

Previous internship experience with a focus on sustainability is required.

Pursuing an Engineering or Master’s degree in sustainable materials, materials science, or chemical science.
