- Optimize the availability and oversee the delivery tracking of new collections and carry-overs to the central warehouse in collaboration with Production teams.
- Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities set by central Merchandising.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, convey priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational topics.
- Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
- Specifically monitor Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
- Update and create tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Participate in various projects.
- Ensure the continuity of the Supply Planning team.
- Contribute to the formalization of team processes.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a successful initial experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
A proven track record in a similar position is required, demonstrating the ability to identify and resolve encountered issues.
Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
