1. Optimize the availability and oversee the delivery tracking of new collections and carry-overs to the central warehouse in collaboration with Production teams.
2. Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities set by central Merchandising.
3. Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, convey priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
4. Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational topics.
5. Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
6. Specifically monitor Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
7. Update and create tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
8. Participate in various projects.
9. Ensure the continuity of the Supply Planning team.
10. Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a successful initial experience in a similar role.
2. Bilingual in English.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and analytical capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.

A proven track record in a similar position is required, demonstrating the ability to identify and resolve encountered issues.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
