1. Optimize the availability and monitor the delivery of new collections and carry-overs to the central warehouse in collaboration with Production teams.
2. Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities set by central Merchandising.
3. Facilitate weekly meetings with Production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
4. Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to track operational issues.
5. Monitor product receptions until they reach the central warehouse.
6. Specifically track Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
7. Update and create tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
8. Participate in various projects.
9. Ensure continuity of the Supply Planning team.
10. Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
2. Previous successful experience in a similar role.
3. Bilingual in English.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
3. Strong analytical capabilities.
4. Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
