1. Optimize availability and ensure the tracking of deliveries to the central warehouse for new collections and carry-overs in collaboration with Production teams.
2. Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities shared by central Merchandising.
3. Conduct weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
4. Lead weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational topics.
5. Track product receipts to the central warehouse.
6. Specifically monitor Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
7. Update and create tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
8. Participate in various projects.
9. Ensure continuity of the Supply Planning team.
10. Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

1. Student in business or engineering school with initial successful experience in a similar role.
2. Bilingual in English.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and analytical capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

A first successful experience in a similar role is required.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
