Balenciaga Supply Planning Intern

1. Optimize the availability and ensure the follow-up of deliveries to the central warehouse for new collections and carry-overs in collaboration with Production teams.
2. Analyze the delivery plan based on launch dates and priorities shared by central Merchandising.
3. Facilitate weekly meetings with production, alert on discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge deadlines and quantities.
4. Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational issues.
5. Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
6. Perform specific follow-up on Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
7. Update and create monitoring dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
8. Participate in various projects.
9. Ensure the continuity of the Supply Planning team.
10. Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

1. Student in business school or engineering school with a first successful experience in a similar role.
2. Advanced English proficiency.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and analytical capacity.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

A first successful experience in a similar role is required.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
