Balenciaga Supply Planning Intern

- Optimize the availability and ensure the follow-up of deliveries to the central warehouse for new collections and carry-overs in collaboration with Production teams.
- Analyze the delivery plan based on launch dates and priorities shared by central Merchandising.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with production, alert on discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge deadlines and quantities.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational issues.
- Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
- Perform specific follow-up on Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
- Update and create monitoring dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Participate in various projects.
- Ensure the continuity of the Supply Planning team.
- Contribute to the formalization of team processes.
- Student in business school or engineering school with a first successful experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and analytical capacity.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
A first successful experience in a similar role is required.
Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
