1. Optimize the availability and ensure the tracking of deliveries to the central warehouse for new collections and carry-overs in collaboration with Production teams.
2. Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities set by central Merchandising.
3. Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
4. Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational matters.
5. Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
6. Specifically monitor Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
7. Update and create monitoring dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
8. Participate in various projects.
9. Ensure continuity of the Supply Planning team.
10. Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
2. Previous successful experience in a similar role.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and analytical capabilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel; Power BI proficiency is an advantage.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English.

A first successful experience in a similar position is required.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
