Balenciaga Supply Chain Manager

1. Coordinate and optimize product availability within the Operations Department.
2. Ensure smooth delivery processes for new collections and carry-over products.
3. Conduct weekly delivery follow-ups and update delivery schedules based on production feedback.
4. Lead weekly meetings with Production teams to track discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
5. Facilitate seamless communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
6. Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations.
7. Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
8. Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels.
9. Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions with Wholesale.
10. Update and enhance delivery tracking reports and ensure data reliability in information systems.
11. Measure and analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
12. Contribute to special supply chain projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within production planning, distribution, supply, or demand planning, preferably in the fashion industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English, with Italian as a plus.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Ability to work in an agile environment, demonstrating rigor, organization, autonomy, and a positive mindset.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to work cross-functionally.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar supply chain or operations role, ideally within the fashion industry.
