Balenciaga Supply Chain Manager

- Coordinate and optimize product availability within the Operations Department.
- Ensure smooth delivery processes for new collections and carry-over products.
- Conduct weekly delivery follow-ups and update delivery schedules based on production feedback.
- Lead weekly meetings with Production teams to track discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Facilitate seamless communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
- Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations.
- Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels.
- Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions with Wholesale.
- Update and enhance delivery tracking reports and ensure data reliability in information systems.
- Measure and analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to special supply chain projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Previous experience in a similar role within production planning, distribution, supply, or demand planning, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, with Italian as a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to work in an agile environment, demonstrating rigor, organization, autonomy, and a positive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to work cross-functionally.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar supply chain or operations role, ideally within the fashion industry.
