Balenciaga Supply Chain Manager

- Coordinate and optimize product availability in collaboration with Production, Distribution Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and the central warehouse.
- Ensure weekly tracking of product deliveries, including carry-over and new collections.
- Update delivery schedules based on Production feedback.
- Lead weekly follow-up meetings with Production teams to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Monitor product receptions at the central warehouse, including the Consolidation Center.
- Facilitate smooth communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
- Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations to ensure timely boutique deliveries.
- Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels with delivery priorities.
- Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions in collaboration with Wholesale.
- Update and enhance delivery tracking reports.
- Ensure data reliability and consistency in information systems.
- Analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement strategies.
- Contribute to special supply chain projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in the development of new planning tools, process redesign, and information system improvements.
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Significant experience in production planning or distribution, preferably in the fashion sector.
