Balenciaga Supply Chain Manager

- Coordinate and optimize product availability in collaboration with Production, Distribution Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and the central warehouse.
- Oversee weekly product delivery tracking and update delivery schedules based on Production feedback.
- Lead weekly follow-up meetings with Production teams to monitor discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Manage product receptions at the central warehouse, including the Consolidation Center.
- Ensure seamless communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
- Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans between Merchandising and Operations to ensure timely delivery to boutiques.
- Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels, integrating delivery priorities.
- Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions in collaboration with Wholesale.
- Update and enhance delivery tracking reports and ensure data reliability in information systems.
- Analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement strategies.
- Contribute to special supply chain projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve planning tools and processes.
- Significant experience (5-10 years) in a similar role, preferably in fashion production planning or distribution.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive mindset and adaptability to change.
5 to 10 years in a similar role within the fashion industry, focusing on production planning or distribution.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
