Balenciaga Supply and Distribution Planning Manager

- Oversee the planning of supply and distribution of finished products, ensuring alignment with availability, service quality, and stock optimization goals.
- Coordinate weekly delivery tracking and update delivery schedules based on production feedback.
- Lead weekly follow-up meetings with production teams to monitor discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Ensure the availability of products in stores by managing distribution from central warehouses in line with boutique assortment strategies and stock objectives.
- Facilitate the launch of new collections by coordinating product availability and contributing to launch strategy development.
- Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations to ensure timely delivery to stores.
- Conduct S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels with delivery priorities.
- Anticipate delivery risks and propose alternative solutions in collaboration with Wholesale.
- Update and enhance delivery and distribution reporting systems, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
- Measure and analyze logistics performance, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Significant experience in a similar role (production planning, distribution, supply, demand planning) within the fashion industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment, demonstrating rigor, organization, autonomy, and a positive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Significant experience in supply chain management, particularly in production planning and distribution within the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
