1. Oversee the planning of supply and distribution of finished products, ensuring alignment with availability, service quality, and stock optimization goals.
2. Coordinate weekly delivery tracking and update delivery schedules based on production feedback.
3. Lead weekly follow-up meetings with production teams to monitor discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
4. Ensure the availability of products in stores by managing distribution from central warehouses in line with boutique assortment strategies and stock objectives.
5. Facilitate the launch of new collections by coordinating product availability and contributing to launch strategy development.
6. Identify launch priorities and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations to ensure timely delivery to stores.
7. Conduct S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels with delivery priorities.
8. Anticipate delivery risks and propose alternative solutions in collaboration with Wholesale.
9. Update and enhance delivery and distribution reporting systems, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
10. Measure and analyze logistics performance, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Significant experience in a similar role (production planning, distribution, supply, demand planning) within the fashion industry.

1. Bilingual proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
3. Ability to thrive in an agile environment, demonstrating rigor, organization, autonomy, and a positive mindset.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Significant experience in supply chain management, particularly in production planning and distribution within the fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
