- Provide administrative support for the Store Planning Department.
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice matters.
- Update and maintain data within the system.
- Follow up on quotations and invoices.
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fast learner and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
No prior experience required, but relevant administrative experience is advantageous.
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
