- Provide administrative support for the Store Planning Department.
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice matters as necessary.
- Update and maintain data within the system.
- Follow up on quotations and invoices.
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
No prior experience required, but relevant experience in administrative or project management roles is advantageous.
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
