1. Maximize store performance through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
2. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, conducting regular meetings and performance reviews.
3. Cultivate strong client relationships, leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer loyalty.
4. Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
5. Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence in all store activities.
6. Provide insightful business feedback and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
7. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
8. Analyze sales and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
9. Manage stock levels, restocking needs, and inventory processes to ensure optimal operations.
10. Oversee after-sales services including repairs and alterations to maintain customer satisfaction.

5. Established client portfolio and familiarity with local clientele.
6. Fluency in German and English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
