1. Maximize store performance by driving sales and nurturing a strong client base.
2. Lead and motivate the store team through regular meetings and coaching sessions.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging CRM tools to build long-term loyalty.
4. Manage human resources activities including scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
5. Ensure retail excellence by upholding brand standards and operational excellence.
6. Provide business insights and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
7. Implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
8. Monitor sales and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
9. Oversee stock and inventory management, including restocking and inventory processes.
10. Manage after-sales services such as repairs and alterations to ensure seamless customer service.

1. Proven experience in store management, team leadership, and luxury retail sales.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proactive and solutions-oriented with a passion for exceptional service.
4. Established client portfolio and familiarity with local clientele.
5. Comfortable with retail technologies and a strong sensitivity to fashion and products.
6. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
