Balenciaga Store Manager

- Oversee and manage daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaint resolution.
- Lead and inspire the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Balenciaga's standards and guidelines.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of feedback.
- Build and maintain a robust customer database, nurturing relationships with high-value customers and VIPs.
- Proven experience in retail and customer service with a focus on people and store operation management.

- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Prior experience in retail management and customer service is essential, with a focus on leading teams and managing store operations.
