Balenciaga Store Manager

3. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Balenciaga's standards and guidelines.
4. Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of feedback.
5. Build and maintain a robust customer database, nurturing relationships with high-value customers and VIPs.

5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
