4. Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of feedback.
5. Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, nurturing relationships with VIP clients.

1. Proven experience in retail and customer service management.
2. Demonstrated inclusive leadership style with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to adapt, persuade, and take calculated risks.
4. High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.

1. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
2. Competency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in retail and customer service management is required, with a focus on people and store operations.
