Balenciaga Store Manager

- Lead the sales team, including assistant managers and staff, to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize store potential and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, display, customer service, and operations.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, and report to headquarters.
- Monitor local competitors and business environment.
- Support the store in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals, leading team leaders.
- Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve them.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate the store team daily.
- Prepare team and individual activities, such as morning briefings and one-on-one meetings.
- Manage staff issues in collaboration with assistant managers and team leaders.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the store.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture internally and externally.
- Oversee clienteling activities according to headquarters guidelines.
- Ensure the store atmosphere aligns with the brand image.
- Provide consistent Balenciaga signature experiences and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on CEE and NPS scores and take action based on results.
- Develop a clienteling mindset and enhance customer loyalty from new clients to VICs.
- Manage customer complaints and related sales processes.
- Build networks with influential individuals in the luxury industry to enhance customer loyalty, particularly VICs and VVICs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Maintain the store image according to Balenciaga standards and ensure team access to resources.
- Plan, approve, organize, and prepare activities to manage expected workloads.
- Ensure the safety of products and valuables in the store.
- Implement retail excellence guidelines in the store.
- Assist in inventory activities and warehouse stock supervision, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Manage inventory activities with the operations manager based on inventory results.
- Oversee warehouse stock management to ensure alignment with sales potential.
- Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise store team planning activities.
- Understanding of Balenciaga product sensitivity and ability to act in accordance with the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, preferably with a focus on fashion and accessories.
