1. Oversee store sales management, including business reporting, procedure adherence, and sales support.
2. Lead and manage the sales team through coaching, meetings, and performance evaluations.
3. Expand the customer base and foster customer loyalty through strategic networking and CRM follow-up.
4. Manage personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, and training of new employees.
5. Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program.
6. Provide feedback and propose improvements and action plans.
7. Align store presentation with the Merchandising policy.
8. Analyze and monitor sales and budget indicators.
9. Participate in inventory management and discrepancy resolution.
10. Control stock statuses and manage restocking processes.
11. Oversee repairs, rework, and after-sales service management.

1. Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
2. Proven track record in luxury product sales.
3. Established customer portfolio and familiarity with local clientele.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Proficiency in IT tools and a deep understanding of fashion and product culture.
4. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Substantial experience in managing teams and luxury retail operations.
