1. Lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales and KPI targets.
2. Oversee floor coverage, client service, visual merchandising standards, and operational functions.
3. Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga's signature client experience.
4. Develop clienteling mindset to enhance client loyalty and retention.
5. Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and feedback culture.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
7. Execute Retail Excellence guidelines within the store.
8. Manage inventory activities and report discrepancies immediately.
9. Continuously improve processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.
