- Ensure strict adherence to retail procedures including operations, cash management, compliance, and quality standards.
- Develop and coach the team through individual and collective training, morning briefs, and evaluations.
- Oversee recruitment, integration, and ensure alignment with Balenciaga's values and vision.
- Manage daily personnel operations including scheduling, discipline, and maintaining exemplary conduct.
- Build and expand a loyal client portfolio, enhancing both local and international clientele.
- Implement high-quality CRM actions with a deep understanding of customer expectations and behaviors.
- Provide structured feedback on customer expectations, local trends, and product insights.
- Ensure collections are displayed in strict accordance with merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain visual coherence and express the brand's identity on the sales floor.
- Oversee all in-store controls including internal organization, compliance, and safety standards.
- Supervise stock management including restocking, inventories, discrepancy investigations, and flow efficiency.
- Manage repairs, after-sales service, and alterations with precision.
- Experience in luxury boutique management and performance-oriented team leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong sense of service and developed listening abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, with a natural sense of presentation and persuasion.
- Possess a client portfolio and in-depth knowledge of the local clientele.
- Proficient in IT tools with a genuine product and fashion sensitivity.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
