1. Experience managing a luxury boutique and leading performance-oriented teams.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, acute service sense, and developed listening abilities.
3. Proactive, responsible, organized, with a natural sense of presentation and persuasion.
4. Possession of a client portfolio and in-depth knowledge of the local clientele.
5. Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
