- Support the team in showcasing ready-to-wear and providing comprehensive stylistic advice.
- Ensure strict adherence to retail procedures including operations, cash handling, compliance, and quality.
- Lead and develop the team through individual and collective coaching, morning briefs, and evaluations.
- Conduct recruitment, oversee integration, and ensure alignment with Balenciaga's values and vision.
- Manage daily personnel operations including scheduling, discipline, and exemplary conduct.
- Build and enrich a portfolio of loyal clients and brand ambassadors, enhancing local and international clientele.
- Implement quality CRM actions with a nuanced understanding of customer expectations and behaviors.
- Provide structured feedback on customer expectations, local trends, and product insights.
- Ensure collection displays adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain visual coherence with the brand identity.
- Oversee store controls including internal organization, compliance, and safety and quality standards.
- Supervise stock management including restocking, inventories, discrepancy investigations, and flow efficiency.
- Manage repairs, after-sales service, and alterations with precision.
- Experience managing a luxury boutique and leading performance-oriented teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, acute service sense, and developed listening abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, with a natural sense of presentation and persuasion.
- Possession of a client portfolio and in-depth knowledge of the local clientele.
- Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
