- Manage daily personnel tasks such as scheduling, discipline, and setting exemplary standards.
- Build and enhance a portfolio of loyal clients and brand ambassadors, expanding both local and international clientele.
- Implement high-quality CRM actions with a nuanced understanding of customer expectations and behaviors.
- Provide structured feedback on customer expectations, local trends, and product insights for retail management.
- Ensure collections are displayed according to merchandising guidelines, maintaining visual coherence and brand identity.
- Oversee all in-store controls including internal organization, compliance, and safety and quality standards.
- Supervise stock management, including restocking, inventories, discrepancy investigations, and flow efficiency.
- Manage repairs, after-sales service, and alterations with precision.
- Experience in luxury retail management and team leadership focused on performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a keen sense of service and developed listening abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, with a natural sense of presentation and persuasion.
- Possess a client portfolio and in-depth knowledge of the local clientele.
- Proficient with IT tools and possess a genuine product and fashion sensitivity.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
