1. Oversee store sales management, including business reporting, procedure application, and sales support.
2. Manage and coach the sales team, conducting individual and group sessions.
3. Expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
4. Handle personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and training.
5. Ensure adherence to the Retail Excellence program.
6. Provide feedback and propose improvements and action plans.
7. Position and present collections in line with the Merchandising policy.
8. Analyze and monitor sales and budget indicators.
9. Participate in inventory management and discrepancy resolution.
10. Control stock status and manage restocking processes.
11. Oversee repairs and rework management.
12. Manage after-sales service for store corners.

1. Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to manage and develop a customer portfolio.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

3. Proficiency in IT tools and a deep understanding of fashion culture.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
