Balenciaga Store Manager

- Manage a retail sales team and oversee daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaint handling.
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide exemplary customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
- Build and maintain a customer database, nurturing relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.
- Prior experience in retail and customer service industries with a focus on people and store operation management.
- Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic approach to risk-taking.
- High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
Significant experience in retail and customer service, with a focus on store operations and team management.
