Balenciaga Store Manager

- Lead the store's sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to company guidelines.
- Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize the store's potential.
- Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, and customer service operations.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and report findings to headquarters.
- Monitor local competition and business environment.
- Support the store in achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Update the team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve them.
- Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team daily.
- Prepare team and individual activities such as morning briefings and one-on-one meetings.
- Manage staffing issues in collaboration with department managers and team leaders.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the store.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines.
- Maintain store image in line with Balenciaga standards.
- Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
- Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends.
